Breaking up with someone you have spent a significant amount of time even if you are not in love can be painful and twisting. I know it gets pretty hard for everyone after your breakup. Whether you are dumper or dumpee – breakup sucks at a whole new level. The majority of us had the pleasure of experiencing a breakup- being dumped by someone who we are in madly love with.
And when that happens, you become clueless about what to do?
Partying whole day and binge-watching TV series will only get you through a handful of days. It takes time to get over it, process things and use that information for your future. It’s all part of a healing process. If you really want to grow and move forward we have got some tips for you to get over it quickly.

Ok, that was an exaggeration but seriously guys, start maintaining your overall well being. Do activities that provide you with mental peace and clarity. Do meditation. It will help you achieve your inner peace.

  1. Follow your passion

I know you are angry,confused and twisted with your breakup. But why not fuel your heartache to follow your passion. You are an individual which has some purpose in your life. Your life should not be impacted by the coming or going of the other person.
So go out there follow your passion, and remember everything in life happens for a reason. You see, without pain, there could be no pleasure. So take this heartache as a positive way to fuel your passions.

Remember the hobbies you lied on your resume to get that job?  Well, it’s time to work on those hobbies that you lied about. Find out the activities that interest you and actively follow that. Learn cooking, dancing,play guitar etc. It will help you develop a new skill to brag while simultaneously saving you from the breakup trauma.

While going out in head over heels in love with your girlfriend you might have ignored your family and your close friends. Now is the time to connect with them. Spend some time with your family, it will give you nothing but pure bliss. Go to places and meet your old friends. Have fun. Be happy that you are alive and free. Give yourself the time you need to heal.

You deserves someone who’s ready to invest in you as much as you do. So, just keep up the good spirit, know your worth and go full throttle in search of your next perfect partner.
Who says you can stop after dating that one girl? To get over her and your breakup, try some other dating options. You can try out some dating apps like Tinder, Zoosk to get your perfect partner. Try out some real-time dating in your surroundings. It will help you increase your lost confidence in yourself.

After a bad breakup, it seems impossible to think that you’ll ever love again-trust me I know. To overcome it, you should try forgiving her. This will heal your heart more than anything. Just look toward the future, move forward and don’t look back.
